What is G3N3XUS? An in-game hub for a Minecraft made for you

Welcome to G3N3XUS

G3N3XUS is my invitation into a world of highly customized Minecraft experiences. It's one hub that opens right inside the game and holds everything I make: a 3D wardrobe, mods, shaders, packs, maps and radio. You pick what you want, click it, and play it, without ever leaving your world.

Think of it as a doorway. On the other side, your Minecraft looks, sounds and feels the way you always imagined it could.

Customize how you look: the 3D Wardrobe

This is the part I'm most excited to show you. Hair with real physics that moves when you move. Clothes and accessories built in real 3D, not painted onto a skin. Open the hub, try on a look, and walk out into your world wearing it. Change it tomorrow. Change it again after lunch. It's your character.

Customize how it looks: the Genesis HD texture pack and shaders

Genesis is my hand-made HD LabPBR texture pack, from 64x to 1024x, in free and full versions. Every block is made to catch the light. Pair it with shader settings tuned for Genesis, switched from the hub, and the world you know suddenly has depth, shine and weather-worn detail you can almost touch.

Customize where you play: one-click installs

Maps, packs and schematics install from inside the game. Found something that looks fun? It's one click away from being yours, no detective work required.

Customize how it sounds: Nexus Radio

Original stations that play while you build. Catchy, weird and goofy, like any good building session should be.

And a second world: Hytale

The same idea is coming to Hytale too, with original characters, music and effects: Kweevi Beckstar the forest singer, The Bobs, Googly Eyes, the HYFY music box, HYFX effect blocks and Nexus Radio. One Nexus. Two Worlds.

Where we are on the journey

G3N3XUS is in development and launching soon. Some rooms are finished, some still smell of fresh paint, and I'm sharing the whole build as it happens. This blog is where you'll find the guides, the releases and the devlogs along the way.

Is G3N3XUS a mod?

Yes. It is a mod for Minecraft Java Edition that adds one hub screen inside the game. Everything else, packs, shaders, maps and the wardrobe, installs from there.

What is the Genesis texture pack?

Genesis is G3N3ZIS's hand-made HD texture pack for Minecraft with LabPBR materials, from 64x to 1024x, in a free and a full version. It is built to look its best with shaders.

Does it work with shaders?

Yes. Shader settings tuned for Genesis can be switched from inside the hub.

When does G3N3XUS launch?
